My husband is so thankful that we were referred to Dr. Zielinski. We felt it was only right to return the favor. Dr. Z and his top-notch staff educated and guided us through the surgery process so we understood what to expect, as well as our responsibilities as partners in the recovery process. Dr. Zielinski and staff are world class. After 12 years of military service and a car accident involving a semi truck, my back and neck was in very bad shape. After failed neck surgery I had given up hope and was living in chronic pain. Thankful I found Texas spine and neurosurgery after a cervical revision. I was back on my feet able to enjoy life again. I can’t recommend this place enough from diagnosis to surgery and after care his team is top notch. I would recommend Dr. Zielinski to anybody living with pain. The staff will treat you like family you can tell that they really care and go above and beyond for their patients. Choosing Texas spine & neurosurgery was Easily one of the best decisions of my life.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I hadn’t been able to even jog without crippling pain for years. Less than a year after surgery, I’m running a few miles at a time, with no pain. Dr. Z is an amazing surgeon, and if you put the effort into your recovery, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Zielinski is a phenomenal neurosurgeon! I had significant pain before the surgery. I was to the point that the pain was unbearable and finally went to see my primary physician. I was referred to another neurosurgeon, but had heard great things about Dr. Zielinski, so I made the decision to go to him. I am so glad that I did. He is extremely thorough with his post surgery care. He takes extra steps to ensure the healing process goes well so that there will never be a need for repeated surgeries. He provides extensive information prior to the surgery, as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Zielinski for your neck and back issues.

I was in a lot of back pain for many years. It had become so bad I couldn’t hardly walk, and working was out of the question. After surgery I feel like a new person. The Dr. and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Now I am back at work and doing things I haven’t done in years thanks to Dr Zielinski and his amazing team. Only 4 months post op and I am back to living life again!!!!!

Dr Z has done both of my spinal fusion surgeries. He is very meticulous with how he goes over all of your X-rays and your MRI. He explains your options, and does great work in surgery. Every case is different, and he and his staff walk you through every detail that you need to know.

I was in extreme pain on a daily basis for two years before I met Dr. Zielinski. I had a ruptured cervical disk and 2 others that were bulging. I had spinal fusion surgery and when I awoke I was without pain and have been for 8 months since. This was the best decision I have ever made. I have completely returned to my active lifestyle and feel fantastic.

Dr. Zielinski is very methodical in his approach to defining your issue. He takes the time to educate his patients regarding the anatomy and physiology of your body’s muscular and nerve functions and explains desired treatment options and outcomes.

How fortunate we are in Stephenville to have such a fine Neurosurgeon as Dr. Z. He gave me back my active lifestyle when he repaired my broken spine. They were able to accomodate a location for the surgery nearest to my home, down time was minimal and recovery was uneventful. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Dr.Z is the best neurologist I have Ever seen. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. I had been to other neurologists in town and none of them were able to properly diagnose my back pain or able to read my MRI properly. They just wanted to give me medications and or say it’ll get better over time but Dr.Z took a look at my MRI and was able to properly diagnose me on the spot and start a treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr.Z to anyone who has back pain or who need to see a neurologist for something else.☺️

As a veteran my self I had surgery done on my lower back after many years of military service. Steven did an amazing job to get me up and functioning again. I highly recommend him and the services he does. 4 years after my surgery I am able to ruck march with 30 pounds on my back and am very grateful for what he did. It’s good to know there is someone local who can help me with me back. He took great care of me and I didn’t need surgery.

Dr. Z has been the only doctor, in 6, that has been willing to look at the problem I have been having and believe what I have to say. No other doctor has been willing to think that my issue could be as bad as it is because of my age. He actually looked at the imaging! His office staff is very friendly, and always available to answer questions during office hours. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you understand everything you need to, in terms that you can understand. I also like how instead of pushing injections as the end all be all of back pain, he is willing to try more conservative, less invasive measures. Physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, etc. I highly recommend this office!

I served in the military for twelve years both as an Infantryman and as a pilot. For years I was in constant agonizing pain. I went through the typical pain management rollercoaster and stem implant, both of which were just band aids for the real problem. One day, at the hospital where my wife worked, Dr. Z was talking with the staff about his services. My wife told him about my issues and told her to tell me to contact him. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. The consultation was fantastic and straight to the point and the surgery was scheduled shortly after that. I had the 360 Fusion done on my L5 S1. When I woke up from the first surgery the pain was instantly gone. Dr. Z literally gave me my life and hope back. I can’t express enough the positive change it made. I feel like a man again. No more sitting around feeling sorry for myself and dealing with pain. I can now get on with my life and be the father my children need. If you have any doubts, please talk to Dr. Z and his staff. Hell, I will even talk with you if I can. When I came to Dr. Z in Jan 2021, I was in so much pain, he explains too what he going to do to see it work he sent to therapy and gave me a back in I have pain and have no pain and felt that he has help me a lot and still not having pain as much he was an answer prayer I thank very much, and I tell people about him.

Im a 23 year Army vet who suffered. With neck pain for past 30 +years. I scheduled with Texas Spine and Neurosurgery and was operated on 3 Jan 2022. I went to my 2 week follow up and am 100% pain free! The staff is incredible to work with also! Thanx Doctor Z!!
