Oklahoma Spine and Neurosurgery has its administrative headquarters and main clinic in Waco, TX. Dr. Zielinski has been working in the Waco community since 2007 and continues to enjoy hosting regular Waco clinics. Dr. Zielinski and his family live in the Waco area and have many ties to the Waco community.

Dr. Steven C. Zielinski is a highly skilled and experienced neurosurgeon with a specialization in back and neck surgery. He is a premier spine surgeon and has been recognized as the top-ranked surgeon in this field on the west coast of the United States by Money Magazine in 2003. Dr. Zielinski received his M.D. C.M. degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1995, and completed his Neurosurgical Residency at the Montreal Neurological Hospital from 1995 to 2001. He then completed a Cerebrovascular Fellowship at Stanford University in California from 2001 to 2002. Dr. Zielinski is a diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, and in 2003, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
